So apparently the hi-tech, top-of-the-range PCs in NCIS's conference room run with 16 MiB of RAM. The video calls sure seem fluid considering such a weak setup.

Additionally, 16 MiB of RAM would be 16,384 KiB, not 16,684 as shown.
